All items are made to order and typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dopamine Horse LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
