Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dopaminehorse@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for sizing issues. Please review the sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
